Anime Limited, otherwise known as All the Anime, have today announced that the feature-length-film SPY x FAMILY CODE: White will receive a UK cinematic release from 26th April 2024, with the film being shown in both Dubbed and Subbed formats.
Originally released in Japanese cinemas last December, SPY x FAMILY CODE: White offers viewers a stand-a-lone story within the SPY x FAMILY franchise where the Forger family find themselves in the middle of an unexpected predicament with Loid, Yor, Anya and Bond working together to save the day.
Synopsis: He’s a spy. She’s an assassin. Together, Loid and Yor keep their double lives to themselves while pretending to be the perfect family. However, their adopted daughter Anya, a telepath, knows both of their exciting secrets unbeknownst to them. While under the guise of taking his family on a weekend winter getaway, Loid’s attempt to make progress on his current mission Operation Strix proves difficult when Anya mistakenly gets involved and triggers events that threaten world peace!
SPY x FAMILY CODE: White is directed by Takashi Katagiri (SPY x FAMILY Season 1) with a script by Ichiro Ohkouchi (Mobile Suit Gundam THE WITCH FROM MERCURY), and animation provided by WIT STUDIO (Attack on Titan Seasons 1-3) and CloverWorks (The Promised Neverland).
Anime Limited will release SPY x FAMILY CODE: White in cinemas across the UK from 26th April 2024, with the film being shown in Dubbed (English audio) and Subbed (Japanese audio with English subtitles) format. It is currently not known if this will be a limited cinematic event, like that of GUNDAM SEED FREEDOM, or if it will be a wider cinematic release like THE FIRST SLAM DUNK, but we expect Anime Limited to reveal more details in the near future.
