Bandai Namco Entertainment have recently announced that a game based upon the popular BLEACH manga and anime series, known as BLEACH Rebirth of Souls, is currently in development for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC.
Developed by Tamsoft a studio known for working on SENRAN KAGURA and Neptunia titles, BLEACH Rebirth of Souls will see iconic characters from the manga and anime series brought to life in game form. As part of the experience players will be able to unlock new blades and forms in battle as well as turn the tide of battle. Interestingly Bandai Namco seem to be relatively tight-lipped about the game, as both the press release and official website, do not provide any specific details about the gameplay or story – but at the same time the brief glimpses of gameplay we do see (especially in the gameplay trailer and screenshots) suggest some flashy visuals and fast-paced combat, something which Tamsoft are familiar with.
About: In BLEACH Rebirth of Souls, players can incarnate some of their favourite characters from the legendary anime franchise to fight in battles that will put their powerful sword abilities to the test. With the possibility to unlock new blades and forms in battle, players can reverse any outcome as their character can become stronger as their defeat looms closer.
BLEACH Rebirth of Souls will include some of the most known characters from the franchise such as Ichigo Kurosaki, Rukia Kuchiki, Uryu Ishida, Yasutora Sado (Chad) and many others to be detailed later.
