Publisher IzanagiGames have recently released a playable demo of TOKYO CHRONOS & ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos TWIN PACK onto the Nintendo eShop, with the package itself receiving a global digital release on 31st July 2024.
Both TOKYO CHRONOS & ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos were originally released as VR titles, with TOKYO CHRONOS being released onto PlayStation 4, Windows PC & Meta Quest and ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos being released onto PlayStation 4 & Windows PC, but the titles have been adjusted to flat-screen gameplay on the Nintendo Switch. Both games are 3D Modeled visual novels with multiple-endings and in ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos you can even pilot a mecha to defeat unknown enemies.

TOKYO CHRONOS: When you wake up, you find yourself in Shibuya, completely devoid of anyone. Trapped in this world are eight high school friends, childhood companions. ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos: During year 2080, the sudden appearance of colossal beings known as “Meteoras” drove humanity to sought refuge in a subterranean city with only a radius of 2 kilometers, the Augmented Tokyo. Two centuries later, Chloe, a member of the Meteoras opposing organization Prometheus, pilots the humanoid city-defense weapon Makhia, surviving the harsh battles alongside her comrades. Everything she does is to avenge her dear friend, Coco.
The Nintendo Switch TOKYO CHRONOS & ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos Twin Pack not only contains both games, but it also includes the EXTRA EPISODE for ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos. Both games are playable in Japanese with English subtitles, but ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos also features an English audio option.
TOKYO CHRONOS & ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos TWIN PACK will be available digitally worldwide on the Nintendo eShop, with the game also available to pre-order with a 10% Launch Discount. In Japan a physical version will be released, and according to the Japanese Nintendo eShop it will support English text/subtitles. In the meantime TOKYO CHRONOS & ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos TWIN PACK will be available on 31st July 2024.
