Marvelous Europe have confirmed that they will publish the newly announced Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin spin-off, Sakuna Chronicles: Kokorowa and the Gears of Creation, in Europe and Australia.
Sakuna Chronicles: Kokorowa and the Gears of Creation, which is currently in development for undisclosed platforms by Edelweiss, will further expand the Sakuna franchise by allowing players to experience an entirely new journey with Kokorowa, the Goddess of Invention. Fans of Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin may remember that Kokorowa played an important part in the previous game (and anime series) by aiding Sakuna with her adventure.
A teaser trailer for Sakuna Chronicles: Kokorowa and the Gears of Creation, which gives players a glimpse at the various characters within the game, can be seen below. In the meantime we’ll have to wait for more details, but Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin is available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Windows PC and an anime adaptation of the game is also available to stream on Crunchyroll and Netflix.
