People in this world are dumb.
Impressions:
We’re definitely into Bye Bye Earth territory where I can only barely follow anything and just trying to write out a summary feels like I must’ve missed at least four or five scenes. New dude walks up, says he’s responsible for stuff here, and invites them to the village. The village turns out to be full of shambling xenomorphs which he sics on them. Then he sneaks off to kill the elf family who were somehow going to ruin his plans to murder them personally. So Koinzell unleaashes his moon elf powers, grows a bunch of sword tails, and then stabs him a few times, but lets him run off to some random village mob, different from the xenomorph ones, who ignore everybody saying the dude is evil and try to go all pitchfork and torches on him. Also, at some point, the buff dude saved some slave women or something?
I’m not sure how you murder the entire village next door and turn them into crazed monsters and still maintain plausible deniability with the neighbors, nor why after amassing an entire army of shambling horrors, you’re super concerned about literally three random elves, but this is our villain of the week, I guess. The godawful animation also continues to do the show no favors whatsoever and keeps driving me to glance at the Guild Receptionist thing and Apothecary, but slightly better animation isn’t closing the gap between the torrent of lunacy that is this show’s script and the nothing going on with them. Hell, they even cut out a gratuitous sex scene, and still make the rest of the episode bonkers.
