Arc System Works have recently announced that the 3v3 fighting game HUNTER×HUNTER NEN×IMPACT will launch on 17th July 2025 for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Steam (via Windows PC) with both physical and digital versions of the game being planned for release.
Developed by Bushiroad Games, HUNTER×HUNTER NEN×IMPACT is a 3v3 fighting game based upon the HUNTERxHUNTER manga of the same name by Yoshihiro Togashi and features 16 playable characters from the franchise. As one would expect, the fighting game features both offline and offline modes including VS, Training and Sky Arena (Combat Trials) as well as a Story Mode that will see players experience iconic fights from the manga and anime series. For online multiplayer modes rollback netcode will be supported on PlayStation 5 and Steam, but multiplayer is not cross-play compatible.
In addition to the release date announcement of HUNTER×HUNTER NEN×IMPACT, Arc System Works also provided additional details for the games release, with both digital and physical editions planned alongside special pre-order bonuses for digital versions of the game.
