Anime Limited have recently taken to social media to reveal that they will release the anime series EX-ARM on Blu-Ray in both the UK and US, with the UK release scheduled for 19th May 2025.
EX-ARM is a Crunchyroll originals shows and is an adaptation of the Japanese manga series by HiRock (with illustrations from Shinya Komi), which ironically was a remake of an earlier work known as Ex-Vita. This anime series, which streamed in 2021, is animated by Visual Flight and consisted of 12 episodes.
Anime Limited will release the series on Blu-Ray in both Standard Edition and Collector’s Edition, with both sets scheduled for a 19th May 2025 release in the UK and available to pre-order through the AllTheAnime Store. The Collector’s Edition will contain an art box, art cards and a poster.

Synopsis: In the year 2014, a high school student who hates machines, Akira Natsume, wants to change himself for the better and tries to take the first step in doing that… But then he gets run over by a truck. A police officer named Minami Uezono and her partner, the android Alma, infiltrate the scene of a trade going on at Tokyo Harbor for an unknown weapon named “EX-ARM.” They are then attacked by an enemy armed with the “EX-ARM” No.08. Put in this life or death situation, they decide to activate the “EX-ARM” No.00 that they stole from the enemy, and….
