My Hero Academia: You’re Next, which is the latest feature-length film in the My Hero Academia franchise, is now available to stream in dubbed and subbed format on Crunchyroll for premium subscribers.
As a reminder My Hero Academia: You’re Next is the fourth film in the franchise to be produced, and achieved over 2.3 billion yen at the Japanese box office when it released last year. The film also sees the original manga author, Kohei Horikoshi, as chief supervisor and designer of the new original characters with Tensai Okamua as director and animation produced by STUDIO BONES. The film was released into UK cinemas last October, but has yet to receive a UK release on Blu-Ray (or DVD).
Synopsis: In a society where heroes and villains continuously battle in the name of peace and chaos, Deku, a U.A. High School student who aspires to be the best hero he can be, confronts the villain who imitates the hero he’s long admired. Can Deku and the rest of U.A. High Class 1-A protect the world by putting an end to Dark Might, the man claiming to be the new Symbol of Peace?
