Animation Studio “Satelight” Celebrates 30th Anniversary with Streaming Launch of Songs from Nobunaga the Fool TV Anime

Animation Studio Satelight, who are known for animating shows such as Macross Frontier and Genesis of Aquarion, will be celebrating its 30th anniversary this year (in 2025), and to celebrate character songs, the original soundtrack, and the Season 2 ending theme from the TV anime Nobunaga the Fool have been made available to stream across multiple music streaming services across the world.

As a reminder Nobunaga the Fool is an original anime created by Shoji Kawamori—who also serves as special advisor at Satelight Inc.—and features his work as series composer and chief director. The show drew attention as a grand sci-fi Sengoku epic where legendary figures from East and West battle using armor-like mobile weapons called “Ikusa Yoroi.” In the UK the anime series was licensed by MVM Entertainment and released on both Blu-Ray and DVD, and is still available to purchase from retailers.
