MVM Entertainment have today confirmed, through a new early bird pre-order offer on Anime-On-Line, that the complete series collection for The World is Still Beautiful will be released on 13th October 2025 on Blu-Ray in the UK.
This UK Blu-Ray release of The World is Still Beautiful will feature all 12 episodes from the anime series in Japanese with English subtitles. It is also expected that MVM Entertainment will use the same disc materials as what Sentai Filmworks used in America, as such the episodes will be split across 2 Blu-Ray discs and contain 11 textless opening and 11 textless closing songs as bonus features.
Synopsis: When Princess Nike of the Rain Dukedom is sent to marry Livius, the ruthless King of the Sun Kingdom, she thinks she’s prepared to endure the worst in order to save her country. Until she’s thrown in jail by her new fiancé, that is. But all is not quite as it seems, and maybe they’re just off to a rough start. They’d better hope so because sinister forces are at work, and unless these hopelessly mismatched young royals can find a way to make their relationship more than simply diplomatic, both their countries may be destroyed!!
As mentioned pre-orders are now being accepted at Anime-On-Line, and are currently being accepted at a reduced price until 20th July 2025, and other retailer listings are expected to appear in the coming weeks. In the meantime The World is Still Beautiful is scheduled to be released on 13th October 2025 on Blu-Ray in the UK. The series can also be streamed on Crunchyroll in the UK for subscribers.
