Wednesday Campanella, one of Japan’s most unique pop groups, have recently released the official Audio Video on YouTube for the song “Monster Island” ahead of the European Tour later this month. The Monster Island song is also being used for the TV anime Chibi Godzilla Raids Again which is broadcast in Japan.
For those unfamiliar the group Wednesday Campanella combines electronic beats, pop melodies, and theatrical visuals to create a genre-defying sound with the band gaining global attention. Last month the song “Summer Ghost” was being used as the opening theme for the anime series Kowloon Generic Romance, which was simulcast streamed on Crunchyroll in the UK.
Wednesday Campanella will also be performing as part of a European Tour this month (and next month) in London, Milan, Paris, and Katowice, with the London date set for 27th July 2025 at the London Heaven. Doors open at 6:30pm, with tickets available from just £33.60 and can be purchased online through the Crosstown Concert website.
