MVM Entertainment have (once again) revealed through a new early bird pre-order offer on Anime-On-Line that Love Flops will be released as a Standard Edition Blu-Ray in the UK on 1st December 2025.
MVM Entertainment had previously announced that they had acquired the UK license to the series earlier in the year, but until now it was not known when it was going to be released. The product listing on Anime-On-Line not only reveals the release date (which is 1st December 2025) but also that the set will contain 12 episodes in both English & Japanese audio (with English subtitles).
Synopsis: When the AI-based fortune teller that Asahi Kashiwagi watches predicts one morning that that he will meet a quintet of beautiful girls who will all fall in love with him, he naturally has a hard time believing it. And yet, by the end of the day, not only has he met five amazing young ladies who’ve all confessed their attraction, but Ilya Ilyukhin, Amelia Irving, Karin Istel, Aoi Izumisawa and Bai Mongfa have even been invited to live in his house! Is this real life, or is it just an otaku fantasy? The one thing Asahi knows is that there’s something strangely familiar about all five girls, and he’s got to get to the bottom of it!
Specific on-disc details have yet to be confirmed, but we suspect that MVM Entertainment will use the same disc materials authored by Sentai Filmworks in the US. If so, then we should expect to see all episodes across 2 Blu-Ray Discs with the bonus features being Textless songs, Episode Previews and Japanese Promotional Materials.
As a reminder Love Flops is scheduled to release on 1st December 2025 and early bird pre-orders are being accepted on Anime-On-Line until 24th August 2025. Listings at other retailers are expected to appear in the coming weeks.
