Bandai Namco Entertainment have today released a playable demo for the upcoming turn-based RPG Digimon Story Time Stranger onto the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC. The demo allows players to experience the opening chapter of the game, with progress transferable to the full game once released in October.
Weighing in at around 5GB, and available to download for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC, the Digimon Story Time Stranger Demo allows players through the opening chapter of the demo. Once completed, players can then explore Central Town in an Adventure Trial mode. As part of this trial mode you can enter dungeons and areas within the digital world of Iliad. Interestingly while progress from the ‘story’ portion of the demo can be transferred to the full game, progress in Adventure Trial can not.
About: Digimon Story Time Stranger is an RPG with monster-taming elements that explores the deep bond between humans and Digimon in an epic story that unravels the mystery of the world’s collapse. Embark on an adventure that spans across the human world and Digital World, collecting and raising a diverse array of Digimon to fight in turn-based battles.
As a reminder Digimon Story Time Stranger is a turn-based RPG where players can recruit, tame and train Digimon in order to do battle with other Digimon. The story, which has been featured in various trailers, focuses on ADAMAS agents Dan Yuki or Kanan Yuki, who were thrown into the past to fight and save the Digital World from collapse, an event that would have terrible repercussions in the Human World.
Digimon Story Time Stranger will be available in both physical and digital formats, in addition to a Season Pass offering a variety of different content.

Season Pass includes five additional Digimon and an additional episode. The Golden Moai farm item is also included in the Season Pass.
