Earlier in the year Anime Limited, otherwise known as All The Anime, announced that they would be re-releasing Perfect Blue as a 4K UHD Blu-Ray Deluxe Edition in the UK following its cinematic release in October. Well now a listing on the AllTheAnime Store has appeared which not only reveals the Deluxe Edition contents and artwork, but also lists a December 2025 release date.
Listed for 8th December 2025, and with an SRP of £79.99, the Perfect Blue 4K UHD Blu-Ray Deluxe Edition will contain the film (in both dubbed and subbed formats) on both 4K UHD Blu-Ray and Standard Blu-Ray discs. A third Blu-Ray disc is also included featuring the full-length Satoshi Kon lecture (which lasts 117 minutes) and offers a comprehensive breakdown of the film from the director. The Deluxe Edition will also contain 10 Art Cards, a Quad Poster and a 132-page book featuring visuals from the film.

This 4K UHD Blu-Ray Deluxe Edition of Perfect Blue is currently listed for an 8th December 2025 release and is expected that pre-orders will start very soon. It’s also expected that this set will be available as an early bird deal on the AllTheAnime Store, given the lower listing price compared to its SRP.
Either way, Perfect Blue will be available in cinemas from 10th October 2025, with tickets available to book online through the special website, and this 4K UHD Blu-Ray Deluxe Edition is expected to release on 8th December 2025.
