Not the last fat jokes we’ll be seeing today.
I’m home again, so will be catching up on things, but also, I do have to do work stuff in the interim as well, so I’ll be doing a couple shows every other hour or so. Thankfully, that massage show ended up being both just straight up porn, as in spread eagled, naked, screaming orgasms as white light explodes from the genitalia, but also half length with the other half of its runtime being informercial stuff. So that’s all we’re going to say about that one.
Impressions:
Every bit as atrocious as you’d expect. The entire episode was spent explaining the overly long title. Five minutes on how her father’s a hero. Five minutes on how her mother is a magical spirit. Five minutes on how she’s been reincarnated and has cheat powers. And then, for the last five minutes? Fat jokes, mainly. Because they need to bring to bear all the godly powers at their command against a corrupt horny noble who’s currently being defeated by stairs. Only the greatest challenges for these schmucks.
What more is there to say? It’s another cheat power show that excitedly announces “I have a cheat power!” It doesn’t even use it except to magic up some rings. I suppose it at least tries to make a hook for the next episode, but it’s such a dumb and bad one that it shouldn’t get credit for it. Twenty minutes of exposition despite the world and setting being the most generic cheat power fantasy in existence. Time clearly well spent.
