An updated listing on the ONE PIECE Netflix page has revealed that Episodes 1 – 16 from the ONE PIECE HD Remaster will be coming to Netflix UK on the 15th November 2025. More importantly, it seems these episodes will be available in both dubbed (using the FUNimation/Crunchyroll English dub) and subbed formats as shown by the preview video on Netflix.
So, what exactly is the ONE PIECE HD Remaster? Well, it is a High Definition Remaster of the series (namely the East Blue to Sky Island Arcs) and sees it presented in widescreen aspect ratio as opposed to the original 4:3 aspect ratio. Basically it is increased resolution, but cropped picture compared to the original DVD and streaming episodes, but it does mean the show will be visually better than these previous releases.
Based on the current information on Netflix, and the preview shown, it is expected that Episodes 1 – 16 from the East Blue Arc of ONE PIECE HD Remaster will be added to Netflix on 15th November 2025 in both dubbed and subbed formats. The addition of the English Dub is important, as until now the only way to watch dubbed versions of the series was on BBC iPlayer or through DVD sets released by Manga Entertainment (now known as Crunchyroll) in the UK.
