Just a boob focused day, apparently.
Impressions:
It’s a little weird they didn’t even think to tie the first and third parts together. She needs maintenance, so let’s mess around with alternate bodies, and everybody’s getting sick would have naturally flowed together. Though I guess it’s also a bit weird that the only alternate bodies they could come up with were toddler and high school girl. Which of course featured bouncing breasts and school uniform fetishism, because it’s not really a high school girl without them. Where’s the weird bodies? A robot dog. A full on tank. A spider mech. Senator Armstrong. So many possibilities and we went for… teenage girl with boob jiggle.
The second segment was, as ever with the show, a disappointment for what could’ve been. Imagine a full on knock down drag out well animated action sequence instead of just punching an immobile robot. It could’ve been fun. Instead, the new girl makes the :3 mouth and is another over-excited fangirl, but for Alma instead of her mom. She’s a different archetype from the other one, but we’ve done fangirl in three different flavors now. Nearly the entire cast outside of the main trio are fangirls. Get a new schtick. The sick bit at the end was also just an excuse to cycle through the cast so they could all do their one joke anyway, so it’s not like it took a bunch of effort that wouldn’t have been better spent on a magical girl fight.
