Idea Factory International have recently confirmed that they will be releasing the visual novel fan disc Birushana: Winds of Fate on to the Nintendo Switch in 2026 in both physical and digital forms.
Birushana: Winds of Fate is an extension to the previously released visual novel Birushana: Rising Flower of Genpei by further expanding its world with new stories and content. As part of this game players will experience 9 different routes fans and see what is life for Shanao as she spends her life with one of the love interests from the first game, or return to the time of war and get to know four new love interests.

Birushana: Winds of Fate is planned for a physical and digital Nintendo Switch release next year, with further specific to be confirmed at a later date. A “Plus Edition” of the game is also planned for the Idea Factory Store which will contain a physical copy of the game along with bonus content, but details have yet to be confirmed.
