Emphasis on tiresome for this one.
Vacation Recommendations Blah Blah Blah.
Impressions:
I like how everybody sees him dressed with tassles and immediately falls at his feet in worship. Or maybe it’s the cravat. In any case, he’s barely dressed any different from everybody else past two minutes into the introduction, and yet, this is how they decided to explain that he was reincarnated as a noble. By his clothing. Must be really easy to scam the hell out of people in this gormless world. He spends the rest of the episode talking to NPCs. A whopping three of them. Mostly his brooding mercenary boyfriend, but also a merchant and librarian. About exciting things. Like… the current political climate, mild, the current state of affairs, mild, and the current weather, mild. Story is really blasting straight ahead here.
It’s boring. Nothing happens. It does so very, very slowly. It’s the second BL reincarnation show of the season, so that’s… interesting, but I’m pretty sure it just means that godawful reincarnation crap has extended its tendrils into every fandom. Shoujo was lost years ago with all the villainess nonsense, now it comes for your pointy chinned boys. Brace yourselves.
