The second season of Gintama will soon be available to stream on Netflix in the UK, as an updated listing in the Netflix Application now mentions that Season 2 will be added on 15th March 2026.
Twenty-five episodes of Gintama became available to stream on the 15th January 2026, with an additional twenty-four episodes being added several weeks later, and on the 15th March 2026 episodes from Season 2 will be added. The episodes are also available to stream in both dubbed and subbed format.
Synopsis: In a world where aliens have invaded Edo Period Japan, skyscrapers, trains and motor bikes have replaced the simple life of Earth inhabitants. One man however, still carries the soul of a samurai, Gintoki Sakata, otherwise known as Yorozuya Gin-san. As reckless as he is, Gintoki carries his own resolve and is ready to take on any challenge with his fellow companions.
