I’m trying to think of other BL I have enjoyed. No. 6, Earth Defense Club… Maybe that’s it? This ended up being one of my favorite BL shows of all time. It’s up there for isekai too.
Instead of having anything to do with adventurers and fighting, it’s all about accounting and politics. I am here for watching our man do the math, improve the country, and catch fraud. The political drama we needed.
The romance is pretty cute too… especially with the love rivals of the priest and the prime minister. I liked how they handled the heroine and the prince as well. Nothing in that storyline went as anticipated and it was the better for it.
