SANDA to Simulcast stream worldwide on Amazon Prime this October

It has recently been confirmed that the unconventional Santa Claus action anime series SANDA will simulcast stream on Amazon Prime globally from 4th October 2025. The series, which is animated by Science Saru, is adapted from the manga by Paru Itagaki, who is also the creator of BEASTARS.

SANDA will broadcast in Japan on 3rd October 2025, and then shortly after be added to Amazon Prime for global audiences to enjoy. New episodes will then be released on a weekly basis. In addition to the streaming date being confirmed the newly released promotional video, showcasing Science SARU’s dynamic animation, portrays a world where children are tightly controlled and Santa is freed from a curse through wishes. It also features the first voice lines from the newly revealed characters Oshibu and Yagiuda.
