Bandai Namco Entertainment have recently released a new trailer for the upcoming Digimon Story Time Stranger, which is the latest entry into the Digimon Story franchise, with it focusing on the games story and the variety of characters you’ll encounter as part of it.
Much like previous Digimon Story games, Digimon Story Time Stranger is a turn-based RPG where players can recruit, tame and train Digimon in order to do battle with other Digimon. The story, which is featured in this new trailer, focuses on ADAMAS agents Dan Yuki or Kanan Yuki, who were thrown into the past to fight and save the Digital World from collapse, an event that would have terrible repercussions in the Human World. During their quests to save the World, they will meet plenty of characters and Digimon, among which the Olympos XII, deities Digimon that will play a key role in the game’s story. They will also meet Aegiomon and Inori Misono, who both share a special link.
As a reminder physical and digital editions for Digimon Story Time Stranger will be available in addition to a Season Pass offering a variety of different content.

Season Pass includes five additional Digimon and an additional episode. The Golden Moai farm item is also included in the Season Pass.
Digimon Story Time Stranger is in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC, and is expect to be released on 3rd October 2025.
