This news is terribly late, as it was only brought to my attention late last night (via @animeintheuk), but the feature length anime film Alice in Wonderland: Dive in Wonderland is currently screening at selected ODEON Cinemas across the UK for a Limited Time.
According to an article on AnimeNewsNetwork, as well as a listing on the ODEON website, the film debut on 18th January 2026, with additional screenings planned for 19th January 2026, in Japanese with English subtitles and the film also received an official rating from the BBFC on the 13th January 2026. Alice in Wonderland: Dive in Wonderland is animated by P.A. Works, who are known for animating shows such as Charlotte, Shirobako and Hanasaku Iroha, and the film is based on a story inspired by Lewis Carroll’s timeless novels.
Synopsis: Suddenly transported to Wonderland after receiving a letter left behind by her grandmother, Lise, a student searching for direction, is swept into a world teeming with fantastical creatures. Guided by Alice, she journeys through this bewildering world where a perpetually hurried White Rabbit, a ruthless queen and the mischievous Cheshire Cat cross her path. As she ventures deeper into this mysterious realm, the young woman may well uncover what fate has in store for her.
Reportedly the film is being distributed into cinemas across the UK by Côté Diffusion – CGR Events, who are a French cinema operator, in partnership with the French streaming site ADN (Animation Digital Network). ADN seemingly have the rights to the film in France, and other European countries (such as UK and Netherlands), and have been treating the film to a limited cinematic release this month. In the UK the film is currently confirmed to be screening at selected ODEON Cinema locations.

At the time of writing it seems Alice in Wonderland: Dive in Wonderland is only available to watch at selected ODEON Cinema locations across the UK with screenings planned for Sunday 18th January 2026 and 19th January 2026 only.
