Prepare to “Get Your Game On” as KONAMI have announced Yu-Gi-Oh! TAG FORCE GX for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and Windows PC release on 16th February 2026. A physical edition is also planned for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 2 platforms.
Revealed during the Nintendo Direct presentation Yu-Gi-Oh! TAG FORCE GX is a modern-day remake of the PlayStation Portable game Yu-Gi-Oh! GX TAG FORCE 3, a game that took place within the anime of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, and follows the player during their final year at Duel Academy. Naturally, as this takes place within the world of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, you’ll be able to duel against (and partner up) with iconic duelists from the anime as well as use cards from the show itself.
About: Reborn from Yu-Gi-Oh! GX TAG FORCE 3, Yu-Gi-Oh! TAG FORCE GX allows Duelists to relive their final year at Duel Academy, study the art of Tag Dueling and select their own partner from over 100 visually upgraded characters and conquer opponents as a Dueling duo.

As mentioned in the description above Yu-Gi-OH! GX TAG FORCE will feature new visuals for both characters and cards, increased performance, a wide selection of cards and even story sequences from past games TAG FORCE games to further immerse yourself within the game world. The most surprising new addition, of which was revealed in the announcement trailer, is the inclusion of English Dub voice acting in the game and the return of the original 4K!DS / 4K Media English Dub cast with Matthew Labyorteaux as Jaden Yuki and Marc Thompson as Chazz Princeton.
