ININ Games have recently announced that the High Definition remaster of Rainbow Cotton will launch digitally on 9th May 2024 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
Rainbow Cotton was originally released onto the SEGA Dreamcast as a follow-up to Panorama Cotton, and was the first game in the franchise to be a true 3D Shooter. This release looks to embrace all of the gameplay elements of the original but enhancing them with quality of life improvements. New features include localisation during cut-scenes, a retro mode and updated gameplay effects.
