How the fuck is it possible to make an anime this boring? How does it keep going???
19. I Parry Everything — D
I’ve seen worse. But absolutely nothing interesting.
18. SHY S2 — C-
I completely lost both the plot itself and any interest by the end.
17. The Strongest Magician in the Demon Lord’s Army was a Human — C
So so so average.
16. 2.5 Dimensional Seduction — Ongoing
Has its good points. Knows what it wants, even if it’s unambitious.
15. Dungeon People —C+
Some interesting aspects but never fully came together for me.
14. The Ossan Newbie Adventurer, Trained to Death by the Most Powerful Party, Became Invincible — C+
I liked how it mimicked an older style for the “old man” (I forget, think he is like 30 or something).
13. No Longer Allowed in Another World — C+
Fun central premise, occasionally good short story, rest is kind of meh.
12. Pseudo Harem — C+
Cute! But not enough to carry a whole season.
11. Shoshimin: How to Become Ordinary — Ongoing
Very mixed feelings on this one. It’s no Hyouka though.
10. Love is Indivisible by Twins — B-
Loved the premise and was so excited for this, but they made all the characters talk too samey and made everyone juuuust a tad too much of a stupid ass even for me.
9. Senpai is an Otokonoko — B-
Not what I expected. Took the premise with actual seriousness.
8. Wistoria: Wand and Sword — Ongoing
Fun and looks good although too much fighting for me.
7. The Elusive Samurai — B
Loved the premise and the sense of style. But too shounen battle for me and was a little disappointed from my initial very high expectations.
6. Mayonaka Punch — B
Fun show, superb sense of style, wonderful asshole main character.
5. Alya Sometimes Hides her Feelings in Russian — B
Cute!
4. Quality Assurance in Another World — B+
A bit weird but it mostly worked quite well.
3. Oshi no Ko S2 — Ongoing
The play was not my favorite arc but looks like we are back into the love triangles and ridiculous plot twists I love.
2. Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines! — A-
This was sooo much fun and also so well made. Characters after my own heart.
1. Suicide Squad Isekai — A-
Came completely out of left field for me but it was such a joy watching this. Laughed my ass off the whole time.
The finally ranking looks quite a bit different from my first impressions this time. What did you all think? Anything good I missed? (Besides Dead Dead Demon’s Dedededestruction which I know is good and I just haven’t watched yet.)
