Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection Full Line-Up of Titles Revealed

KONAMI have recently revealed the full list of titles that will be included in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection for Nintendo Switch and Steam, a collection which sees older Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG games brought to modern platforms with online trading and multiplayer support across selective titles.

The Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection is being released to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game and will contain video game adaptations of the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game released between 1998 and 2004 in a single collection. The complete line-up of titles has been revealed to consist of games released onto the GAME BOY, GAME BOY COLOUR and GAME BOY ADVANCE consoles, some of which have never been released outside of Japan.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Dungeon Dice Monsters (2001 JP, 2003 US and EU/GAME BOY ADVANCE)

Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters 6, Expert 2 (2001/GAME BOY ADVANCE)

Yu-Gi-Oh! The Eternal Duelist Soul (2001 JP, 2002 US, 2003 EU/GAME BOY ADVANCE)

Yu-Gi-Oh! The Sacred Cards (2002 JP, 2003 US, 2004 EU/GAME BOY ADVANCE)

Yu-Gi-Oh! Reshef of Destruction (2003 JP, 2004 US and EU/GAME BOY ADVANCE)

Yu-Gi-Oh! Worldwide Edition: Stairway to the Destined Duel (2003 JP, US, EU/GAME BOY ADVANCE)

Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship Tournament 2004 (2004 JP, US, EU/GAME BOY ADVANCE)

Yu-Gi-Oh! Destiny Board Traveler (2004 JP, 2005 US/GAME BOY ADVANCE)

Yu-Gi-Oh! Day of the DuelistWorld Championship Tournament 2005 (Yu-Gi-Oh! 7 Trials to Glory: World Championship Tournament 2005) (2004 JP, 2005 US/GAME BOY ADVANCE)

Not only will these games be available on Nintendo Switch and Windows PC as part of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection, but all titles will include a save & load anywhere feature – a feature not available at the time of their original releases. It has also been confirmed that Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 4: Battle of Great Duelist will feature online multiplayer support and after release, some titles will be updated to support online battles. It’s also been previously mentioned that titles containing trading functionality using a GAME BOY LINK CABLE will be upgraded to support online trading.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection will be released physically and digitally for the Nintendo Switch, with physical copies also including a random Harpie’s Feather Duster card, as well as digitally for Windows PC (via Steam) in the near future. Further details will be revealed in the future, but a teaser website is also available.
