Clear River Games have recently taken to social media to reveal that they have partnered with Gungho America to release physical versions of LUNAR Remastered Collection onto the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch within Europe on 18th April 2025.
LUNAR Remastered Collection combines both LUNAR: Silver Star Story, and LUNAR 2: Eternal Blue, into a single collection with both games being enhanced with improved visuals, audio, and other quality-of-lie improvements. Both games also feature English & Japanese audio with text in English, French, German and Japanese. LUNAR: Silver Star Story was originally released in 1992 for the SEGA CD and has been ported to other consoles including SEGA SATURN and PlayStation. LUNAR: Eternal Blue on the other hand was released in 1994 and has only been released on SEGA CD.

Travel the world and fend off enemies like Borgan and White Knight Leo, who hunt the group down to get rid of what they claim to be the Destroyer of Lunar.
LUNAR Remastered Collection will be available digitally on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC (via Steam) via GungHo America while Clear River Games will released a physical version (in Europe) for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 platforms. Both digital and physical versions of the game are expected to be released on 18th April 2025 The upcoming release of the collection also means that it will be the first time that both games are playable on modern consoles, and worldwide, in quite a long time.
