WhisperGames, in partnership with developers Dank Hearts, have recently released the first official gameplay trailer for the upcoming narrative puzzle story Type-NOISE: Shonen Shojo which is expected to release on Steam (for Windows PC) during Summer 2025.
Type-NOISE: Shonen Shojo is said to offer classic escape-room tension with a deeply emotional, character-driven story with gameplay that looks to be just as varied as the visuals themselves. The game also offers visual novel styled presentation in order to move the story along. A steam page revealing further visuals and details is also available, including a playable demo.
About: Two strangers—a boy and a girl—wake up in a sealed underground tunnel with no memory of how they arrived. As the water rises, their only hope for escape lies in deciphering cryptic puzzles and uncovering fragmented memories.
Type-NOISE: Shonen Shojo challenges players to navigate surreal, dreamlike environments filled with layered logic puzzles, unexpected twists, and emotional depth. As six teenagers fight for their lives in a decaying metropolis, they must also confront their pasts… and each other.
