although this manwha has been around for a long time, I only recently got the opportunity to read it ending of 2022.
And trust me when I say it wasn’t disappointing… in fact, it was much better than I had originally expected.
Storyline
This is the story of Jinkyung, a shut-in with social anxiety problems who gets summoned by a novice Summoner to her world. He is faced with a mountain-sized insect Demon and the ridiculous task of defeating it… yet he somehow manages to easily do so. Jinkyung has been pulled into a world where giant Demons are an everyday sight, magic is real, and where he has immense power.
An incompetent duo which somehow obtained immense power… will “Lord Yutaba” Jinkyung be able to save the world? Is there any real challenge for his newfound power? Will he be able to overcome his social anxiety?

it has a rather peculiar plot that progresses accordingly and an incredible world-building both in his world and the world he is summoned to.
it’s easy to see that the plot doesn’t just proceed with the main characters but the story in itself is well built with or without the main characters.
Art style: 9.5/10
honestly… this has to be the best animation/art style I’ve seen so far, how the characters are portrayed are marvelous.
it perfectly depicts how a fantasy world should be.
Character development: 8/10
you could tell from the storyline that there would be a ton of character development going on in this series
Overall: 8.5/10
Its comedy, action, and tragedy are on point, it’s definitely something to start the year with… and I’ll recommend it to anyone who hasn’t seen it yet.
