While the AllTheAnime Store Exclusive Collector’s Edition of Kids on the Slope released late last year the standard Collector’s Edition of the set has had its release date pushed back to 26th February 2024.
Originally the set, which will feature the same disc content and presentation of the AllTheAnime Store Exclusive Collector’s Edition, was due to be released on 29th January 2024, but updated retail listings now have the release slated for 26th February 2024. So what exactly is the difference between this Collector’s Edition release and the AllTheAnime Store Exclusive Collector’s Edition? Well the Store Exclusive Edition includes an A3 Poster.
Due to the fact that the disc content and presentation is the same between these editions we can only assume that Anime Limited have either shuffled the release schedule, as they do have quite a few releases coming out in January and early February, or that a delay in stock production and delivery has meant the date needed to be changed. Either way, Kids on the Slope Collector’s Edition is expected to be released on 26th February 2024. In the meantime the AllTheAnime Store Exclusive Collector’s Edition is available now.
