Windows 11 has been around for a while but no oficial designs or drawings of her OsTan mascot. Surfing the web I found some images of Ichika Madobe, who is considered to be Touko Madobe (Windows 10 OsTan) little sister.
Hopefully more designs will be available and posted here in the near future.
