USERJOY have today announced that The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel – Northern War, an Android and iOS game based upon the anime series of the same name that further expands the The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel franchise, will receive a global release on 29th May 2024 with pre-registrations now available on the App Store and Google Play Store.
Supervised entirely by Nihon Falcom, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel – Northern War invites players into a brand-new adventure inspired by the beloved anime series of the same name. Seamlessly integrating the rich world-building of the Trails series, this installment promises a fresh narrative experience. As part of this experience the core gameplay offers Formation Strategy, Hero Attributes, Positioning, and Priority Target that determine the battle outcomes. Players can also explore gameplay modes like the Arena, Infinity Tower, Fiend Raids, Forest of Trials, and Dungeon Exploration, with each offering lucrative rewards.
About: A young girl named Lavian Winslet, granddaughter of a Hero, is determined to protect her homeland by joining the renowned mercenary group known as the Northern Jaegers. Following a fateful encounter with Martin, Iseria, and Talion, they are tasked with a special reconnaissance mission in the Erebonian Empire, with the main objective of gathering intelligence on the unknown Imperial Hero.
