Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?! IV – Part 1 Scheduled for September Blu-Ray Release

Last week MVM Entertainment revealed that they would be releasing a wide variety of titles throughout the rest of the year, with highlights including Made in Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun and The Demon Girl Next Door 2. Today, the distributor confirmed that Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?! IV will be released in two parts with the first part due in September of this year.

Currently available to pre-order from the Anime-On-Line store, with an SRP of £39.99, Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?! IV – Part 1 is scheduled for a 2nd September 2024 release on Blu-Ray. The set will feature episodes 0 – 11 across 2 Blu-Ray Discs, which make up the first half (or cour) of the season, and will be presented in both English and Japanese (with English subtitle) audio options.

About: How low can someone go in the mammoth Dungeon of Orario and still return? With Bell recovering from his last fight, the Hestia Familia receives a mission that they can’t refuse: traveling deeper into the Dungeon than they ever have before! Fortunately, missions are what friends are for, and Hestia manages to borrow a few of the Miach and Takemikazuchi Familias’ heaviest hitters. Unfortunately, no one listens to Cassandra’s warnings once again and things immediately start to go wrong. Now the team is split, Ryu’s accused of a horrible crime, and Bell charges ahead to try clearing her name as everyone races to the lower floors.

It is expected that the on disc contents will be the same as the US release via Sentai Filmworks, which included opening and closing songs and episode previews, as MVM Entertainment tend to use the same disc masters as those in the US.

Regardless, Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?! IV – Part 1 is currently scheduled to be released on 2nd September 2024 and is also available to pre-order from the Anime-On-Line store as an early bird offer for a limited time. We can also expect the other previously announced titles to be revealed via early bird offers on the Anime-On-Line Store each week.
