A retail listing on Amazon UK has recently revealed that MVM Entertainment are planning to release a Standard Blu-Ray Edition of Bubblegum Crisis on the 26th January 2026.
As a reminder MVM Entertainment have previously released Bubblegum Crisis as a Collector’s Edition earlier this year, of which saw the 8-Episode OVA series across 2 Blu-Ray discs packaged with a 50-page booklet and presented in a rigid art box. This newly revealed Standard Edition will use the same the disc materials as the previous Collector’s Edition, but will just be presented in a standard Blu-Ray case.

The Standard Edition Blu-Ray of Bubblegum Crisis – The Perfect Collection is scheduled to be released on the 26th January 2026 and is currently available to pre-order on Amazon UK (with other retailers expected to list the product in the coming days). In the meantime the Collector’s Edition Blu-Ray is still currently available at retailers.
