The fourth feature-length film in the My Hero Academia franchise, known as My Hero Academia: You’re Next, is now available to stream on Netflix in the UK in both dubbed and subbed format.The film can also be streamed on Crunchyroll in the UK, and is also available on DVD and Blu-Ray.
My Hero Academia: You’re Next achieved over 2.3 billion yen at the Japanese box office when it released in 2024, and saw the original manga author, Kohei Horikoshi, as chief supervisor and designer of the new original characters with Tensai Okamua as director. The film was released into UK cinemas back in October 2024, before receiving a Blu-ray and DVD release later in 2025.
Synopsis: In a society where heroes and villains continuously battle in the name of peace and chaos, Deku, a U.A. High School student who aspires to be the best hero he can be, confronts the villain who imitates the hero he’s long admired. Can Deku and the rest of U.A. High Class 1-A protect the world by putting an end to Dark Might, the man claiming to be the new Symbol of Peace?
