Boruto: Naruto Next Generations English Dub Now Available to Stream on BBC iPlayer in the UK

It has been a long wait, as we initially reported on this back in March, but English Dubbed episodes of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations are now available to stream on BBC iPlayer in the UK.

At the time of writing 42 episodes are available to stream in English Dubbed format with additional episodes being added in batches. Episodes from Boruto: Naruto Next Generations are listed in the Naruto Episode Guide with yet to stream episodes being listed as coming soon. It’s unclear when they will be added, but we can expect episodes to be added on a regular basis (just like with Naruto and Naruto Shippuden).

Until now Boruto: Naruto Next Generations has only been available to stream in its entirety subbed on Crunchyroll. Manga Entertainment did release the first 52 episodes (or 4 sets) on Blu-Ray in the UK in both dubbed and subbed format, but future sets were seemingly cancelled after the merger with FUNimation/Crunchyroll despite a fifth part being rated by the BBFC.

The addition of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations in its dubbed format to BBC iPlayer in the UK is an important addition to the platform, as it means fans can finally watch the series in its dubbed format.

Synopsis: As peace prevails throughout the ninja clans, so does the question of becoming one. Now a generation of prodigy like Boruto Uzumaki, son of Seventh Hokage Naruto Uzumaki, are challenged living under their parents’ shadow. The shinobi life has changed and so must the path to it. The legacy of ninja continues and a new chapter of ninja begins!

As a reminder BBC iPlayer currently have every episode of Naruto and Naruto Shippduen dubbed, 1022 episodes of ONE PIECE and the entire series of Digimon Ghost Game in English dub format. Dragon Ball super, albeit in its edited TV broadcast format, along with multiple seasons of Pokemon are also available to stream.
