All problems can be solved through the power of violence.
I almost dropped this in the first episode, when it seemed like it would be a generic girl is betrayed by the prince who dumps her for another girl, then she lives her best life and finds a better guy show. But then it turned around lightning quick as she proceeded to brutally pulverize not only the prince, but also his new girlfriend and everyone in attendance at the party. I don’t think the prince ever even showed up again and the main enemy turned out to be his new girlfriend? Haha.
Scarlet’s character is so refreshing and fun. Loved it.
I do think the show’s weakness is that the actual plot and all the other characters don’t quite measure up to her level…
Storytelling – B – Has one great trick, everything else is just fine.
Voice – A – Brutal violence.
Characters – B – Scarlet rules, the new boyfriend, saint’s brother, and the villain are good, everyone else is kind of meh.
Attention Grab – B – Great violent climaxes, fell back a bit in between.
Production – B – Looks fine.
Overall – B+
Recommendations – I guess all the villainess isekai’s are the closest thing, but the main twist makes this fun in a very different way. So really not much I can think of like it.
