Anime Limited have (once again) taken to social media to reveal that the Collector’s Edition and Standard Edition Blu-Ray sets for Naruto Shippuden – Volume 1 have been delayed and will now be released on the 2nd March 2026.
Originally Naruto – Volume 1 was set to be released on the 26th January 2026, but due to a delay in disc authoring and production for the set(s) Anime Limited had to push back the release date to 23rd February 2026. This latest release date change is once again due to production issues, but the delay is only one week. As such the new release date is 2nd March 2026. It’s possible this extra week is to allow time for the sets to arrive at retailers, hence the short delay.
As a reminder Naruto Shippuden the series will be released in 20 Blu-Ray installments with FOUR of these also having a Collector’s Edition variation that includes an art box to store relevant sets. Each Standard Edition will have an SRP of £49.99 while each Collector’s Editions will have an SRP of £79.99.
Collector’s Edition:
Volume 1 (with art box to store Volumes 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5)
Volume 6 (with art box to store Volumes 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10)
Volume 11 (with art box to store Volumes 11, 12, 13, 14 & 15)
Volume 16 (with art box to store Volumes 16, 17, 18, 19 & 20)
Each edition is expected to have 3 – 4 Blu-Ray discs with the episodes presented in both English & Japanese with English Subtitles. The Collector’s Edition, for Volume 1 at least, will also come with a selection of Art Cards.
