Crunchyroll have today confirmed that the anime series Witch Hat Atelier, which is an anime adaptation based on the award winning fantasy manga by Kamome Shirahama, will begin simulcast streaming on Crunchyroll from 3pm (UK Time) on 6th April 2026 in both subbed and dubbed formats.
Synopsis: In a world where only witches can cast magic, they must avoid being seen by ordinary people while casting. While Coco does her chores, she daydreams of becoming a witch. When a young witch named Qifrey visits her village, Coco uncovers the “absolute secret,” becomes Qifrey’s apprentice, and begins her studies. This is the story of children who encounter despair, yet reach out toward hope.
The first and second episodes of Witch Hat Atelier will become available to stream on Crunchyroll from 3pm BST, with new episodes expected to be added at the same time each week. In addition to the streaming availability Crunchyroll have also confirmed the main English dub voice cast for the series.

The new anime season, which will be the Spring 2026 Anime Season, starts next week on Crunchyroll and a list of titles currently confirmed to be simulcast streaming as part of this new anime season can be found here. Witch Hat Atelier meanwhile will begin simulcast streaming from 6th April 2026.
