The official social media account for the UK Animate store, otherwise known as Animate Ltd, have recently confirmed that merchandise from the official SHONEN JUMP SHOP will be sold in the Animate Store in London, which is located in The Sidings, located underneath Platforms 20 – 24 of Waterloo Station.
The SHONEN JUMP SHOP merchandise officially went on sale today, 28th April 2026, and sees merchandise from Chainsaw Man, HAIKYU!!, Jujutsu Kaisen, Naruto, and other notable franchises that have appeared in the SHONEN JUMP Manga. Sadly I can’t provide specifics on the types of items being sold, as I’ve yet to see all the merchandise myself, but a special promotion is in place where a bonus item will be granted if spending over £20 on SHONEN JUMP SHOP merchandise.
For those unfamiliar Animate is a range of stores in Japan that sell anime merchandise, such as figures, badges, plushies, and T-Shirts, with the Animate store in Ikebukuro being awarded the world’s largest anime store in 2024 by the Guinness World Record. Animate also has other stores in China, America, and South Korea, but this store in Waterloo (London) is the first one to be available in the UK.
This particular store in London features Posters, Acrylic Standees, Keychains, Clear Files and other sorts of merchandise from franchise such as Demon Slayer, My Hero Academia and BLUE LOCK as well as special activity and time limited promotions with SEGA and Neon Genesis Evangelion.
