Impressions:
The infodumps will continue. And continue. And continue. And after that, continue some more. This week it was vomiting up another random supposedly omnipotent dude to replace the last one we got rid of. Alan Smithee, the pseudonym of directors who don’t want to be credited, who’s just here to say hi along with his own set of mini-bosses/jobbers even though we haven’t done anything with the set introduced an episode or two ago. And then wanders off again, having done… something mysterious that nobody can remember. …Cool. Great addition to the show. Really progressed things and developed these characters.
Speaking of which, apparently we’re not even dramatizing over the same thing as last week. Now Musashi and Jubei are having it out over killing daddy and their guilt over it. While Touya sits there saying their names back and forth on a loop. There are bigger fish to fry, you nimrods. And maybe do something besides your best tape recorder impression, protagonist of the show who has been as important as a lump of soil for the last nine episode. Pathetic.
