Nearly three years on since its original release and Bandai Namco Entertainment have today released a free update for NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS which adds Nanashi Uchiha as a playable character.
Nanashi Uchiha is an entirely new charactder in the Naruto franchise and was introduced as part of the Special Story Mode within NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS. Despite being a regular occurrence within the Special Story Mode of the game Nanashi Uchiha has not been playable until this new content update.
About Nanashi Uchiha: Nanashi Uchiha is a mysterious figure whose tragic past has shaped her deep hatred of ninjas. Mistreated by the Uchiha clan and ultimately used as a weapon of destruction, she stands as a powerful enemy to Boruto. As the story unfolds, Boruto must fight to protect the ninja world, while slowly coming to realise that Nanashi may not be the villain everyone believes her to be.
This new update also introduces better balance adjustments and faster proficiency but also introduces a revived Ninja Battle and special challenges that can be completed.
NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS is available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC. Further details can be found on the official website.
