Following on from its reveal during the Nintendo Direct presentation Marvelous Europe have announced that the brand-new RPG Eternal Anima will launch on 4th March 2027 for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S & Windows PC. A physical edition is also planned for consoles, with a Limited Edition also being offered on both Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 5 platforms.
Introduced as Eternal Anima this new RPG experience is being created by Katsuhisa Higuchi, who serves as game director, Keisuke Makino, as story concept writer, and Kazushige Nojima, as scenario writer, with the game aiming to evoke the spirit of late 1990s and early 2000s JRPGs with its ambitious time-travelling narrative, modern visuals, and strategic twists on traditional turn-based gameplay.
About: Yearning for a better future is considered a capital offence in the kingdom of Urvis Ael.
