The French developed JRPG Edge of Memories will launch on 5th November 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC. Those who purchase the Deluxe Edition will be able to play the game from 3rd November 2026.
The deluxe edition includes a Nekaroo costume pack, a French History costume pack, a digital artbook, and the game’s soundtrack and will also be available physically with a steelbook case at particpating retailers.
About: Edge of Memories is developed by Midgar Studio and aims to blend the richness of JRPGS, French Animation and immersive soundtrack. The game will feature soundtrack composed by Cédric Menendez (Edge of Eternity), enhanced by the vocals of Emi Evans (NieR / NieR: Automata) and Marion Schneider (Edge of Eternity / Temtem). The core of the game was developed in collaboration with renowned artists of the genre, including character designer Raita Kazama (Xenoblade Chronicles X) and writer Sawako Natori (NieR), as well as contributions from composers Mariam Abounnasr (Xenoblade Chronicles 3 / ONINAKI) and Yasunori Mitsuda (Chrono Trigger® / Xenogears) on the original soundtrack.
Edge of Memories is currently in development for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC, and is expected to be released in 2026 with further details to be confirmed. In the meantime a playable demo will become available to download on Steam (for Windows PC) from 15th June 2026.
