New retailer listings at Amazon UK and Anime-On-Line have revealed that Anime Limited (All The Anime) are planning to release a Standard Edition Blu-Ray release of Patlabor – Film 1 on 22nd April 2024.
This Standard Edition Blu-Ray release of Patlabor – Film 1 will feature the same disc content as the previous Collector’s Edition release, of which saw the film in High Definition with English & Japanese audio (and English subtitles).

With Patlabor – Film 1 coming to Standard Edition Blu-Ray on 22nd April 2024 we do expect that the remaining films will also be released as Standard Edition releases later in the year, but at the time of writing only the first film has been confirmed. In the meantime Patlabor – Film 1 will be available on Standard Edition Blu-Ray from 22nd April 2024 with the Collector’s Edition variations of Film 1, Film 2 and Film 3 are now available in the UK.
