Tomozaki is leveling up.
I felt similar to the first season. An interesting premise but I think it could have taken it in much more interesting directions. It felt superficial, with these characters in high school having conversations about things that they simply don’t have the experience to understand or have an opinion worth listening to on, yet we are supposed to take them very seriously. I spent most of the show wanting to slap everyone and tell them they’re still kids and they should fuck around a bit and make mistakes and not take life so dreadfully seriously.
I did appreciate that this season actually had a respectable ending!
