Anime Limited have recently announced that GODZILLA MINUS ONE/MINUS COLOR, which is the Black & White version of the award winning GODZILLA MINUS ONE film, will debut in cinemas across the UK on 1st November 2024. That’s not all, as GODZILLA MINUS ONE will also return to UK cinemas on the same day. Both films are expected to be screened in Japanese (with English subtitles) and tickets are available to book online through the official microsite.
As a reminder GODZILLA MINUS ONE/MINUS COLOR is the black and white version of the film, of which was adjusted cut-by-cut and personally overseen by director Takashi Yamazaki. GODZILLA MINUS ONE on the other hands is the original version of the film and presented in full colour. The arrival (or return) of GODZILLA MINUS ONE into UK cinemas also coincides with GODZILLA day, which is celebrated every year on 3rd November 2024.
Synopsis: The worst despair in the series’ history strikes Japan! After the war, Japan has been reduced to zero. Godzilla appears and plunges the country into a negative state. The most desperate situation in the history of Japan. Who? And how? Will Japan stand up to it?
Tickets for GODZILLA MINUS ONE/MINUS COLOR and GODZILLA MINUS ONE are now available to purchase online through the official microsite with more screening locations expected to be added closer to the films release. Both films are also available to stream on Netflix in the UK and Anime Limited plans to release GODZILLA MINUS ONE on DVD, Blu-Ray and 4K UHD Blu-Ray later this year.
