Following on from yesterday’s reveal of new title acquisitions for 2025, MVM Entertainment have today confirmed on social media that the first season of BAKI will be released as a Standard Edition Blu-Ray in the UK on 27th January 2025. Pre-orders for this set are also now being accepted on the Anime-On-Line store at a discounted price for a limited time.
Listed with an SRP of £49.99, but currently available to pre-order for £29.99 as an early bird offer for a limited time on the Anime-On-Line store, this set will feature episodes 1 – 26 of the Netflix produced anime series and be presented in both English and Japanese audio (with English subtitles).

It is assumed that MVM Entertainment will use the same discs masters as those used by Sentai Filmworks in the US, which saw all 26 episodes across 3 Blu-Ray discs, although this has yet to be confirmed. In the meantime BAKI – Season 1 is currently scheduled to be released on 27th January 2025 and is available to pre-order from the Anime-On-Line store. We expect that additional retail listings will appear in the coming weeks. BAKI can also be watched on Netflix in the UK.
